Unit Manager Paediatric

An exciting leadership opportunity in Mthatha for an experienced paediatric nurse ready to take ownership of a specialised unit driving both clinical excellence and team development within a patient-centred environment.

Requirements:

• SANC registered.
• A post basic qualification in Paediatrics or proven experience within the specialty.
• 5 years of clinical experience including 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong clinical and managerial skills within a paediatric healthcare environment.
• Able to implement and maintain healthcare standards in line with accreditation and legislative requirements.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities.
