Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes prototypes and task flows based on user needs
- Design intuitive userfriendly interfaces and workflows
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement effective design solutions
- Create user personas and define interaction models
- Analyse user behaviour and gather feedback to improve digital products
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Education: Relevant degree (BCom Informatics BSc Engineering or similar)
- Experience:
- 57 years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proven track record with a strong portfolio of UX/UI projects
- Experience in user research testing and project environments
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as UXPin Balsamiq or similar
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is advantageous
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into userfocused designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
