Permanent Position Western Cape Field-Based with Office Component

Basic Salary: R15000 R25000 per month (dependent on experience) Uncapped Commission

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Technical Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout the Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company that values professionalism teamwork and long-term employee development.

The Role

You will manage and grow an existing customer base while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Western Cape.
  Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  Service customers across the agricultural industrial mining manufacturing construction civil engineering and domestic sectors.
  Prepare quotations follow up opportunities and close sales.
  Create and Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide market feedback.
  Work closely with the internal team to deliver excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven external B2B sales experience preferably in a technical environment.
  Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn technical products.
  Fluent English and Afrikaans communication skills.
  A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for developing new business.
  Confidence engaging with farmers contractors engineers municipalities and industrial customers.
  Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and contribute positively as part of a team.
  A valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.
