Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design development and delivery of mobile web and business applications. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship solution architecture and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design architecture and development initiatives.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design develop and maintain secure scalable and high-performance applications.
- Lead the development and deployment of Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Drive enhancements to digital platforms client-facing applications and business systems.
- Ensure compliance with security governance and regulatory requirements.
- Promote innovation continuous improvement and modern software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of software development experience.
- 3 years of Flutter mobile development experience.
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
Technical Skills
- Flutter (iOS & Android development)
- C# .NET / .NET Core
- Angular
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Azure (App Services DevOps APIs)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Mobile app deployment and maintenance on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
