Key Responsibilities

Delivery Tracking
  • Track delivery progress against agreed milestones timelines and vendor commitments across all active technology platform and network systems projects.
  • Maintain visibility of dependencies risks and cross-project impacts and report these clearly through regular status reporting.
Vendor and Workshop Management
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact with build and integration partners holding them accountable to scope schedule and quality commitments.
  • Facilitate technical workshops between internal technical stakeholders and external vendors keeping discussions anchored to agreed design principles and decisions rather than allowing vendor-led scope or architecture drift.
  • Maintain vendor relationship health over the longer term including support and SLA arrangements and capability transfer commitments made during delivery.
Bottleneck Resolution
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks during builds and implementations distinguishing between scheduling issues resourcing issues and technical or design disagreements.
  • Escalate technical or design disagreements to senior technical stakeholders where resolution requires a design decision.
Governance and Documentation
  • Support formal decision logs (e.g. architecture decision records) by ensuring decisions made in workshops and vendor sessions are captured and routed for formal recording rather than left undocumented.
  • Contribute a delivery and feasibility lens in design and planning sessions alongside technical and solution architecture stakeholders.
Implementation and Launch
  • Coordinate UAT go-live readiness and stabilisation activities during implementation and launch phases.
  • Continue as the standing delivery link for subsequent systems and integration work as new projects arise including vendor onboarding platform migrations and network system initiatives.
Key Outputs
  • Delivery status reports issued on a regular agreed cadence with dependencies risks and cross project impacts current and accurate.
  • Vendor commitments (scope schedule quality) tracked against milestones with slippage flagged before it affects go live dates.
  • Technical workshops facilitated with decisions and action items captured the same day and routed for formal recording.
  • Delivery bottlenecks triaged within an agreed turnaround correctly classified as scheduling resourcing or design related with design disagreements escalated rather than resolved unilaterally.
  • Architecture decision records and delivery decision logs kept current for all active initiatives.
  • UAT and go live readiness confirmed and signed off before launch with a documented stabilisation period afterward.
  • Vendor relationship health (SLA performance support arrangements capability transfer commitments) reviewed on a set schedule.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendor relationships and delivery partners simultaneously including holding external parties accountable to commitments.
  • Working fluency in systems platform or network architecture concepts (APIs integration patterns data models service lifecycle) sufficient to engage credibly in technical discussions without needing to be the technical design authority.
  • Experience facilitating workshops involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to keep discussions on track and outcomes documented.
  • Strong programme and risk management discipline: scheduling dependency tracking budget visibility structured status reporting.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity during build phases where scope and design are still being actively challenged and refined.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to translate between technical and business/operational language.
  • Prior exposure to telecom systems (network BSS/OSS billing) or large-scale platform and integration projects is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms orchestration concepts or modern integration tooling (event buses adapters APIs) is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education Required
