Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain servers operating systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime
- Manage user accounts permissions and access control (Active Directory Azure AD etc.)
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing
- Implement and maintain security measures (patching antivirus firewalls)
- Support network infrastructure including LAN/WAN VPNs and cloud environments
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell Bash etc.)
- Maintain documentation of systems processes and configurations
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing servers and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting across systems networks and applications
- Experience with backups disaster recovery and patch management
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure AWS)
- Basic scripting experience (PowerShell Bash Python)
