Duties & Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesManage stock levels ordering and replenishment of workshop sparesSource and obtain quotes from suppliersCreate purchase requisitions and purchase ordersReceive inspect and store incoming parts and materialsIssue parts to mechanics and sites as requiredMonitor and follow up on outstanding ordersProcess purchase receipts and invoices accuratelyMaintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock countsCoordinate deliveries collections and driver routesAssist workshop depot and Head Office with parts sourcingPrepare removal permits for parts sent for repair or site useMaintain cleanliness and organisation of stores and office
