Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Solution Architect on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions for telecom BSS/OSS implementations in South Africa. The role owns the technical architecture from requirements through deployment ensuring solutions are scalable secure and aligned with customer and clients standards.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions for telecom BSS/OSS implementations in South Africa. The role owns the technical architecture from requirements through deployment ensuring solutions are scalable secure and aligned with customer and clients standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for BSS/OSS implementations including integrations with third-party and legacy systems
- Own technical solution decisions across the project lifecycle from proposal through delivery
- Review and validate high-level and low-level design documents prepared by delivery teams
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer architecture discussions
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation approaches during solution design
- Must-Haves
- Strong background in telecom BSS/OSS architecture (billing charging CRM mediation or similar)
- Experience designing system integrations (APIs middleware data migration)
- Proven track record owning solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills
- Willingness to travel within South Africa as required
