Job Summary

SITE MANAGER REQUIRED MIDRAND GAUTENG

A leading property developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential building projects in the Midrand area of Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience managing residential building projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes site coordination and quality control
Ability to manage subcontractors labour and project timelines effectively
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid drivers licence essential

Key Responsibilities:

Full on-site management of residential developments
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor project progress quality and programme timelines
Ensure health & safety compliance on site
Conduct site meetings and reporting
Manage site staff and daily operations
Ensure projects are completed to required standards and within budget

Package:
Market-related salary offered based on experience
Applicants must be based in Gauteng or willing to relocate.
