Senior Engineer

• Manage and coordinate engineering services maintenance and project activities to ensure optimal equipment and plant performance.
• Lead contractor management infrastructure maintenance and asset management activities within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with SHERQ standards legal requirements and engineering best practices.
• Manage operational and project budgets cost control and resource allocation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership problem-solving and engineering support to operational teams.
• Monitor engineering performance identify risks and implement corrective actions where required.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder and customer relationships across operations and support functions.
• Drive operational excellence through effective leadership maintenance systems and engineering standards.

• Grade 12
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• GCC Mines and Works
• 8 years experience as a GCC Engineer (POST GCC) with minimum 3 years experience in a senior role
  
• Registered with ECSA
• 2-3 years project experience
• Valid Drivers License

• Salary: Negotiable
