Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to lead complex embedded projects solve challenging technical problems and mentor engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive system performance reliability and innovation in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Job Description:
- Lead the development and delivery of embedded firmware and subsystem solutions
- Perform advanced debugging root-cause analysis and issue resolution
- Define and execute validation and testing strategies
- Assess change impacts and maintain system integrity
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews
- Drive telemetry observability and system performance improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in embedded systems firmware development and system integration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with validation testing and change management
- Comfortable leading technical projects and mentoring engineer
- Proficiency with Claude Code is essential
- Minimum 8 years experience in embedded systems engineering
Qualification:
- BEng/ BSc in Electrical Electronic Computer Mechatronic Engineering
