More about the role:

As a Senior Multimedia Designer you will focus on delivering high-quality creative work that brings client briefs to life through strong conceptual thinking and excellent craft. Youll develop impactful designs rooted in an earned-first mindset contribute to campaigns across channels and grow your confidence working directly with clients. This is a hands-on creative role with opportunities to build production experience sharpen presentation skills and collaborate closely with senior creatives and cross-disciplinary teams.

What youll do:

• Create high-quality visual designs and do the best work that improves client business.
• Design and produce multimedia content for digital platforms including social media websites presentations and client campaigns
• Create motion graphics video content and animations that align with client branding and campaign objectives
• Start building strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to clients and agency team members.
• Constantly consider all aspects of content creation - imagery tonality pace messaging etc.
• Support the senior team on large campaigns/ new business opportunities.
• Interrogate and challenge briefs to strengthen creative ideas and outputs
• Design effective social content informed by platform trends strategy and performance

Experience that contributes to success:

• Full understanding of Adobe suites (photoshop illustrator InDesignaftereffects and premier)
• Technical understanding of current and emerging social media platforms
• Ability to design in PPT and across Microsoft office suite
• Work to a schedule be able to prioritise remain calm under pressure.
• Previous experience with managing small projects/retainers in partnership with agency teams.
• Previous experience in developing and presenting key visuals design directions or small campaigns with limited guidance from Art Directors or Senior Art Directors.
• Ability to understand and design social content with a firm understanding of social media trends strategy and effectiveness
