Job Description

Were partnering with a multi-country European property management group that recently migrated its central data platform to Microsoft Fabric. The Group Data Platform team owns and operates this shared platform on which every countrys reporting and analytics work depends.

Performance Objectives for Year One

Own the Support Queue: Become a reliable owner of the day-to-day support queue - triaging root-causing and resolving pipeline failures data-quality issues and access requests in the Fabric environment.
Build Pipeline Ownership: Take ownership of a growing set of dbt models and transformation pipelines feeding the gold layer working safely through the DEV TEST PROD pipeline for every change.
Build Platform Knowledge: Build first-hand specific knowledge of the data estate (source systems ETL/ELT logic known quirks) and document fixes so knowledge compounds across the team.
Apply Sound Judgement: Apply a clear intake-gate mindset correctly distinguishing platform-layer work from requests that belong with local teams or need escalation.
Grow Toward Certification: Progress toward the certification pathway for gold-layer/backend access (Fabric plus dbt) as part of personal growth in the role.
