Senior BI Project Coordinator

A well-established national healthcare and pharmaceutical services organization focused on delivering innovative pharmacy and healthcare solutions across South Africa is currently seeking a Senior BI Project Coordinator to join its team in Umhlanga.

This role is ideal for an experienced project coordination professional with a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) data-driven initiatives stakeholder engagement and cross-functional project delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating BI projects ensuring timelines are met resources are effectively managed and business objectives are achieved.

• Coordinate and oversee Business Intelligence projects from initiation through completion.
• Monitor project timelines milestones budgets and deliverables.
• Collaborate with BI analysts developers business stakeholders and management teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Track project risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with resource planning and project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and methodologies.
• Support data reporting dashboard implementation and analytics initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Drive continuous improvement within BI project processes.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems Business Management Project Management Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 46 years experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience working within Business Intelligence data analytics reporting or related environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Project Management certification will be advantageous.
