Description
An established and fast-growing FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Application Technologist to join its Research and Development team.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Degree or Diploma in Food Science Food Technology Consumer Science Biotechnology or a related field.
5 years of experience within the beverage industry.
Proven experience in beverage formulation and product development.
Strong understanding of ingredients flavour systems processing methods and manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of food safety quality assurance and relevant regulatory requirements.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
