Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design build implement and support enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across a range of Salesforce Clouds and platform capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable secure and high-performing solutions that support business transformation customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Working closely with solution architects business analysts project managers and stakeholders the Salesforce Developer will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design through to deployment support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test deploy and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and Salesforce platform technologies.
• Configure and customise Salesforce Clouds to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and platform tools.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Participate in solution design workshops architecture discussions and technical reviews.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining application stability and performance.
• Optimise platform performance security scalability and maintainability.
• Produce technical documentation deployment guides and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate within AgileScrum delivery teams and contribute to sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture capabilities and limitations.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Understanding of Salesforce governance security and best practices.
• Experience across the full SDLC including requirements gathering development testing deployment and support.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Exposure to AI-enabled Salesforce solutions including Einstein and Agentforce.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
• Participation in large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or providing technical leadership (for senior roles).
