Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking experienced cold callers to join our growing real estate investment this high-impact role you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to homeowners and pitching them on potentially selling their properties off-market. This is a fast-paced target-driven position that requires strong phone skills resilience and the ability to quickly learn and execute our unique sales approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners introducing our client and gauging their interest in selling
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Accurately log all call activity notes and next steps in the company CRM
- Collaborate with the broader team to identify and pursue the most promising leads
- Maintain a positive solution-oriented attitude in the face of rejection
- Identify opportunities to improve the cold calling process and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in direct inside sales
- 1 year of direct real estate wholesale calling experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and dialing/call logging tools (specific tools TBD)
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
