Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Location: Fully Remote (Sourcing exclusively from South Africa and the Philippines).
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time). Alignment with Chicago business hours is mandatory.
- Employment Type: Full-time Direct Hire.
- Compensation:
- Philippines: about $900$1500/month
- South Africa: about $1200$2000/month
- Latin America: about $1500$2300/month

As we scale our growth we are looking for a hungry motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a fully remote position targeting offshore professionals (primarily based in South Africa or the Philippines) who can seamlessly align with US business hours.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will be hyper-focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Unlike a traditional full-cycle sales role you will not be responsible for closing deals; due to the technical nature of our testing services your primary mission is to hunt for new opportunities qualify decision-makers and book high-quality discovery calls for our senior team.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach daily via cold calling strategic email campaigns and LinkedIn engagement.
- Research and identify target companies and map out key decision-makers (e.g. Quality Assurance Managers Operations Directors Supply Chain Executives).
- Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex corporate structures to reach decision-makers.
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy active pipeline of qualified prospects.
Appointment Setting & Qualification
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects based on business fit pain points and testing timelines.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and technical meetings for the closing team.
- Gather and document crucial background information during initial outreach to ensure seamless internal handoffs.
- Maintain strict quality standards ensuring booked meetings have a genuine need and high likelihood of converting into revenue.
CRM & Data Discipline
- Log 100% of prospecting activities notes and follow-ups accurately in Pipedrive CRM.
- Manage outreach sequences and follow-up schedules meticulously to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Track key performance metrics including dial volume open rates response rates and meeting show-rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience & Tech Stack
- Experience: 25 years of dedicated outbound B2B sales development lead generation or inside sales experience. (We are specifically looking for a hungry growth-minded professional rather than a senior executive).
- CRM Mastery: Proven hands-on experience using Pipedrive CRM is strictly required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to establish technical credibility quickly over the phone.
- Outreach Tools: Familiarity with outbound email engagement tools (e.g. or similar platforms) and cold-calling dialers/phone systems.

- Process-Driven: Methodical approach to pipeline management and disciplined multi-channel follow-ups.
