Position Overview

They are currently scaling their outbound sales function by transitioning to a modern AI-native prospecting motion. To support this growth they are looking for a high-grit senior-leaning outbound sales professional to drive pipeline generation across two major cutting-edge product lines: Sustainability/Carbon Accounting and AI Governance.

Primary Function

The primary function of this role is to execute high-volume multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns (Email LinkedIn and Cold Calling) to build a strong sales pipeline. This is a execution-heavy plug-and-play role supported by a highly detailed 30-page Sales Bible and predefined playbooks. Your objective is strictly prospecting and setting qualified meetings; you will not be responsible for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Outbound Execution: Drive daily outreach sequences via cold calling personalized email campaigns and LinkedIn touchpoints.
  • AI-Native Prospecting: Leverage advanced AI platforms (e.g. Claude ChatGPT) and data tools (e.g. ZoomInfo) to synthesize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) extract targeted contact data and intelligently personalize outreach at scale.
  • Dual-Product Lead Generation: Run simultaneous prospecting motions across two core focus areas:
    1. Sustainability / Carbon Accounting Platform: Targeting Chief Sustainability Officers Chief ESG Officers and Directors of EHS. (Positioned as an AI solution that replaces expensive consulting work).
    2. AI Governance Platform: Targeting Chief AI Officers Chief Risk/Compliance Officers and Heads of Risk Management to track compliance security and risk in corporate AI implementations.
  • Pipeline Management: Set up and secure high-quality discovery meetings for internal account executives and leadership.
  • Continuous Optimization: Routinely refine messaging hooks synthesize feedback loops from objection handling and utilize large language models (LLMs) to automate lower-value list cleaning and enrichment tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 25 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in an SDR BDR or inside outbound sales role. Candidates must possess the execution-focused grit required for consistent outbound momentum.
  • AI Literacy: Hands-on proficiency with LLMs (e.g. Claude) to accelerate data processing and personalization workflows. You must be comfortable using AI to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Data Tool Fluency: Experience navigating ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment and lead sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: C-suite level verbal and written English proficiency is mandatory for engaging international decision-makers across US and European markets.
  • Remote Independence: Highly self-motivated organized and capable of working autonomously without requiring intensive day-to-day micromanagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling technical SaaS compliance risk management or ESG/sustainability solutions.
  • Experience working within fast-paced early-stage or rapid-growth corporate environments.
