Job Summary
Remuneration: R15000 to R20000.00 per month basic dependent on experience and qualification Provident Fund (Employee contribution 7.5% Company contribution 8%)
Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Motorcycle Technician to join their dealership in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing servicing and repairing of motorcycles to the highest manufacturer standards. This role requires a technically skilled individual with a strong focus on quality workmanship attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

- Perform routine maintenance repairs and diagnostics on motorcycles
- Conduct full pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensure all units meet safety and performance standards
- Identify mechanical and electrical faults and perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Complete job cards accurately and maintain a high level of workshop housekeeping
- Liaise with the Service Advisor and Workshop Foreman regarding job progress and additional repair requirements
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within allocated timeframes
- Test ride motorcycles (where applicable) to verify repairs and ensure performance standards are met
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle technology repair methods and manufacturer bulletins
- Adhere to health safety and environmental standards in the workplace
- Technically minded and passionate about motorcycles
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organisational abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive proactive attitude
- Qualified Motorcycle Technician (Trade Test Certificate essential)
- Minimum 1-3 years experience working on motorcycles in a dealership environment
- Strong mechanical electrical and diagnostic skills
- Experience with major motorcycle brands advantageous
- Valid South African Motorcycle License (Code A)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity reliability and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Motor Industry experience Essential!!
