Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software implementation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working with customers managing complex projects and driving technology solutions from planning through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end software implementation projects
- Gather and analyse customer requirements and oversee system configuration interfaces and reporting requirements
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and key milestones
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Ensure successful project delivery customer satisfaction and ongoing support
- Collaborate across departments to deliver effective software solutions
- Degree or qualification in Business Informatics Information Systems IT Business Management or a related field
- Proven experience managing software implementation or IT projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software deployment processes
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with a structured and analytical approach
- Willingness to travel when required
- Experience within the logistics transport or supply chain industry
- Exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS) or enterprise software solutions
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
