Job Summary

Key Performance arrears:

Manage CEOs communication and act as an escalation point for all matters brought to the Office of the CEO
Advise the CEO on the entitys strategic direction business and financial performance and governance and operational risk matters that may impact the organization
Interface with the CEOs direct reports to understand the operating environment and assess prioritizing focus areas
Provide strategic advisory services and support to the CEO
Provide intellectual in strategy and policy discussions
Participate in Board and Executive meetings of the company and coordinate the quarterly EXCO planning process
Coordinate weekly monthly quarterly and annual reporting responsibilities of the Office of the CEO
Support the CEO with planning and execution
Ensure alignment with government priorities
Effectively communicate the businesses strategic objectives with the senior management to drive the business forward
Manage knowledge information appropriately so that it is available for other staff

Requirements:

Must be a mature businessperson and/ or executive of impeccable integrity and ethical leadership
A Bachelors Degree in Business Management and between 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Management/ Project Management or related field
A postgraduate qualification will be of advantage
Must have intellectual rigor to understand and resolve complex issues
Outstanding organizational skills
A record of success in developing business plans and procedures
Sound people management skills and experience
Proven track record of performing within a diverse and dynamic internal and external environment and diverse teams
Proven ability to interpret financial information performance matrices related data and clearly communicate the findings
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles King IV code Companies Act and managerial best practices
