Project Manager (Cyber)

Location: Pretoria South Africa (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading cybersecurity consultancy delivering penetration testing managed security services incident response and professional security consulting to enterprise clients.

They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of fast-paced cybersecurity engagements. This role focuses on project scheduling resource allocation stakeholder communication travel coordination and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Working alongside technical consultants managed services teams sales and customers youll play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of security assessments and supporting the continued growth of managed security services.

• Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation across multiple engagements
• Manage project timelines and scheduling changes
• Coordinate penetration testing and professional services engagements
• Liaise with technical teams sales and customers throughout project delivery
• Coordinate analyst travel accommodation and logistics
• Track project progress report delivery and project expenses
• Support the delivery of large-scale cybersecurity projects
• Act as an escalation point for service delivery issues
• Lead customer service review meetings
• Maintain project documentation and resource records
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
• Support the delivery of managed security services and new service offerings

Essential

• 3 years experience in project coordination project management operations or administration
• Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
