About the Role
Our Client is seeking a dedicated Project Management Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. As the Project Management Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration Administration and Support Office Administration Governance & Compliance
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination
- Generate reports and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills required
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools are also required.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint Project Power BI Jira etc.
- AI assisted reporting documentation and scheduling experience
