- Lead and implement design and process improvements within a production environment
- Translate engineering concepts into practical production-ready solutions
- Develop and maintain accurate manufacturing and inspection drawings
- Act as a key technical support to production teams resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Drive seamless design transfer and manage engineering change processes
- Perform validation and verification of equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance
- Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimisation
- Ensure compliance with established quality systems and engineering standards
- BEng / BScEng in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a design or production engineering role
- Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar) and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to quality management systems and regulated environments
- Experience in process validation root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Understanding of BOM control and product configuration
- Data analysis and reporting tools experience (e.g. Power BI)
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results
- Detail-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
- Adaptable resilient and capable of working in a demanding environment
- Motivated to continuously improve systems processes and performance
