As an AWS DevOps / Cloud Engineer youll play a key role in designing building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers mission-critical applications.
Requirements:
- Design build and maintain scalable secure and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to improve consistency and automation
- Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance proactively addressing issues before they impact users
- Implement cloud security best practices governance controls and compliance requirements
- Support disaster recovery backup strategies and business continuity planning
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field preferred
- 6 years of experience in DevOps Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering roles
- Proven experience designing and supporting production AWS environments
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture security networking and infrastructure management
- Strong AWS expertise across services such as EC2 VPC IAM RDS S3 CloudWatch Route 53 ECS/EKS and Lambda
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash Python or PowerShell)
