Process Analyst Tester

A leading organisationis seeking a Process Analyst / Tester who thrives at the intersection of test automation process improvement and business analysis. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive analytical and detail-oriented professional who can drive automated testing initiatives while ensuring business and technical processes are accurately mapped documented and continuously improved.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Select and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute both manual and automated testing across SAP and mobile platforms.
• Identify document track and validate bugs and software defects.
• Support development teams in diagnosing and resolving system issues and performance challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and support teams to map current processes and design future-state improvements.
• Develop process maps swim lane diagrams workflows and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation including test plans test cases reports user manuals setup guides and technical specifications.
• Document automation frameworks and testing standards to support governance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science is essential.
• 24 years experience in software testing test automation process analysis or business analysis.
• Proven experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrable knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience with debugging tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
