Duties & Responsibilities
- Relevant Bachelors degree (e.g. HR Industrial Psychology Business Information Systems or Organisational Management)
- 35 years experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous
- Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous
- Experience with regression testing quarterly updates and UAT coordination
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes
- Strong communication stakeholder engagement problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success
Duties & responsibilities:
- Provision of day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including issue analysis resolution and user support
- Configuration and maintenance of HCM system setups aligned to business processes and organisational policies
- Analysis of business requirements and translation into functional specifications process maps and system configurations
- Execution and coordination of system testing activities including regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support releases and enhancements
- Support for Oracle HCM quarterly releases including defect resolution validation and business readiness activities
- Development and maintenance of functional documentation including configuration documents business requirements and process flows
- Management and resolution of functional defects and production issues to ensure system stability and continuity of HR operations
- Collaboration with technical teams business stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve complex functional issues and drive enhancements
- Support for critical HR and payroll processing cycles ensuring system availability and functional accuracy during key business periods
- Facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions and user enablement activities to support adoption and internal capability building
