What you will be doing:
- Manage the full end-to-end process for investor access requests ensuring accurate and timely handling from initiation to closure.
- Validate data imports reconcile records against live platform data and correct reference data like investor profiles and fund structures.
- Conduct access corrections and revocations while adhering to change-control protocols to maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Produce entitlement reports required for audit compliance and general operational reviews.
- Proactively monitor and manage workflow queues ensuring open items progress and escalating blockers to the team lead.
- Identify data quality issues and process gaps to support improvement initiatives such as automation and workflow enhancements.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Finance Information Systems Business Administration Commerce etc.)
- At least 2-3 years in an operational data or workflow-management role with preference given to experience in financial services fund administration or investor relations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel combined with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to data.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- A methodical and reliable approach to managing competing deadlines and following through on open items.
- A team-oriented mindset capable of working effectively across international teams and with external stakeholders.
- Sound judgment on when to work independently versus when to involve others and a proactive approach to raising issues before they escalate.
- Highly valued experience includes familiarity with access management data reconciliation audit/governance frameworks and process improvement or automation initiatives.
