Job Summary
JUST PCs is Cape Towns gold standard in renewed tech. Since 2001 weve made quality refurbished computers affordable and accessible sustainably having donated over 2000 computers to communities in need. Were looking for a sharp organised young professional to become the engine room of our day-to-day operations.
What youll do:
- Process orders quotes and invoices and help customers across phone email and online.
- Build and maintain product listings in Zoho Inventory then finalise and publish them on our Shopify store.
- Help keep the money side tidy recording payments and assisting with reconciliations (with full support and training).
- Pitch in on social content using Creatify plus the general admin that keeps an office humming.
Requirements
We care more about attitude and aptitude than a long CV.
- Matric (NSC) and strong MS Office / spreadsheet skills with a genuine eye for detail.
- Tech-comfortable and a fast learner you enjoy figuring out new software.
- Organised reliable and happy juggling a bit of everything.
- Fluent in English; Afrikaans an advantage.
Nice to have:
- Own reliable transport a real plus as were in a business park with limited public transport.
- Exposure to Zoho Shopify or e-commerce or familiarity with computers and IT products.
- A certificate or diploma in admin business or bookkeeping.
