Description:Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced Mine Manager (Underground) to join their mining company in North-West. You will be responsible for leading underground mining operations to deliver safe efficient and sustainable production while driving operational performance regulatory compliance and continuous :- Lead and manage underground mining operations to achieve safe efficient and sustainable production.- Develop and implement operational strategies production plans and performance objectives aligned with business requirements.- Drive compliance with applicable health safety environmental and mining legislation.- Manage mining contractors operational teams and resources to achieve production and business targets.- Monitor and optimise production performance equipment utilisation and operational efficiencies.- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to support effective mine planning and operational performance.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity safety and cost effectiveness.- Manage operational budgets resources and business risks in line with organisational objectives.- Develop and implement operational policies procedures and governance :- Grade 12- Degree in Mining Engineering- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency- Valid Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines- Minimum 10 years experience within an underground mining environment- Minimum 5 years experience as a Mine Manager- Valid Drivers LicenseBenefits:Salary: NegotiablePaid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing for this role today contact Menina Campher Janoke Booysen at Hire Resolve on LinkedInYou can also visit the Hire Resolve website: or email us: We will contact you telephonically in 7 days should you be suitable for this you are not suitable we will put your CV on file and contact you regarding any future vacancies that arise.
