The successful candidate will support projects in the oil & gas energy fuel storage LPG bulk liquid storage firefighting and industrial infrastructure sectors. Exposure includes feasibility studies engineering design procurement construction commissioning and project close-out.

- Assist with calculations reports specifications datasheets and drawings.
- Support design activities for piping tanks pressure systems firefighting systems mechanical equipment and utilities.
- Review vendor documentation and participate in design reviews.
- Assist with equipment lists material take-offs and technical schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
- Assist with engineering procurement and construction coordination.
- Support project planning scheduling and progress tracking.
- Prepare reports meeting minutes and technical correspondence.
- Participate in site inspections quality checks and progress monitoring.
- Support commissioning testing and handover activities.
- Assist with technical requisitions bid evaluations and supplier engagements.
- Support material tracking and quantity verification.
- Promote a strong safety culture and participate in risk assessments where required.
- Ensure compliance with legislation standards and company procedures.
- BSc or BEng in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 02 years relevant experience.
- Exposure to industrial energy petrochemical infrastructure or construction projects is advantageous.
- Internship graduate programme or vacation work experience beneficial.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and industrial systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D Revit Navisworks or similar software will be advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional adaptable and willing to work on-site when required.
