• Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and competitive advantages.

• Collaborate closely with product development sales and operations teams to align brand messaging and commercial goals.

• Maintain and elevate the brands visual identity across all digital print and experiential platforms.

• Lead and mentor internal creative team members or manage external agency relationships.

• Education: A Bachelors degree in Marketing Brand Management or a highly relevant field is essential.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in brand or marketing management.

• Industry Background: A solid mandatory background within the Food and Beverage sector.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving successful product-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional communication leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment.
