Now Hiring: Manufacturing Manager Johannesburg
R25000 R35000 pm
Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with a passion for quality craftsmanship and driving operational excellence
What youll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end production (cutting sewing finishing packaging)
- Managing in-house teams external CMT partners
- Driving on-time delivery and world-class quality standards
- Overseeing production planning stock control and ERP (Sage) accuracy
- Developing and mentoring production teams
What were looking for:
- 58 years experience in textile / soft furnishings manufacturing
- Strong leadership experience managing machinists cutters & suppliers
- Solid understanding of quality control in a premium environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred)
