Junior Software Tester

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester who is passionate about quality and eager to build a career in software testing. Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual testing of new features and system enhancements
Develop and maintain test plans test cases and testing documentation
Perform functional exploratory and regression testing
Identify reproduce and document software defects clearly and accurately
Validate system functionality across multiple client configurations
Assist with release readiness and production deployment testing
Collaborate closely with developers product teams and senior QA staff
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field advantageous
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
Experience testing web-based applications
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to create clear bug reports and test documentation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

Advantageous Experience:
2 years in QA testing or software validation
Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
Familiarity with GitHub and staging environments
Exposure to Postman Selenium or Cypress
Understanding of APIs and log analysis
Exposure to accounting payroll HR or financial systems
Knowledge of Django environments and relational databases
