Junior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Junior Project Manager to join a growing technology-focused environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to work alongside senior leadership coordinate software development projects and gain exposure to project delivery within a dynamic and innovative business.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with senior management to support the successful delivery of software development projects
Gather project information from technical teams and monitor project progress
Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Track milestones deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
Encourage accountability and urgency where required to maintain project momentum
Review and understand product and system specification documentation
Assist with project administration documentation and reporting activities
Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams
Support ad hoc project-related activities as required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of work experience
Previous exposure to technology or software development environments advantageous
Bachelors degree essential
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in technology and software products
Proficiency in Google Workspace including Gemini
