Tasks

• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure.

• Provide technical support to staff resolving minor hardware and software issues.
• Participate in IT projects collaborating with team members to learn best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic IT concepts and eagerness to learn more about telemarketing technology.
