• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware software and network-related issues.
• Install configure and maintain computer systems applications and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and track reported issues resolutions and follow-up actions in the help desk ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members and other IT departments to escalate complex problems and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to systems and software to prevent issues and enhance security.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or other customer support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues promptly and effectively.
