Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Analysing and improving operational and distribution processes.
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical sustainable solutions.
- Managing and optimising business systems to support operational performance.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain and logistics environment.
- Designing and implementing new processes that improve customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs.
- Using data and systems to support informed decision-making and measurable outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related qualification.
- A systems-thinking mindset with a passion for process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Understanding of Lean Principles and the Toyota Production System.
- Good knowledge of databases and T-SQL.
- Sound understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
- Exposure to programming or software development concepts.
- Naturally curious analytical and eager to learn.
- Someone who takes ownership of challenges and follows them through to resolution.
