About our client
A 19-year-old family-owned EdTech company building software for school kitchen and site management. Theyre scaling fast (currently 75 staff growing to 90) with their South African team being their first continental hire. Theyve just launched a second brand focused on compliance and site management. The CEO is still deeply involved and genuinely passionate about the work its a mission-driven business with real impact.

What the job involves

Setting up new school and client accounts on the platform within agreed project timelines
Building and configuring menus forms and access permissions for each school
Receiving reviewing and validating data uploads (pupil data staff data reference Spotting errors and inconsistencies in large datasets before they reach the system
Carrying out regular data integrity checks on live accounts and flagging anomalies
Maintaining accurate records and audit trails for every account
Supporting the wider delivery team with ad hoc data requests and reporting
Flagging data quality issues and identifying process improvements early
Liaising with Project Managers Client Support and School Support teams across the business

What you need to be considered

Advanced Excel skills: confident with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP pivot tables conditional logic data validation
13 years experience minimum (though were hiring on skillset not just tenure)
Strong attention to detail you spot errors in large datasets and take ownership of fixing them
Highly organised able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping tasks
Methodical process-driven approach to work youre comfortable with structured workflows
Clear written communication and ability to document work accurately
Ability to work independently and flag problems early
Reliable and consistent the team can depend on you

Bonus points if you

Have experience configuring or administering a SaaS platform school MIS or catering system
Have exposure to basic database concepts or data import/export processes
Have worked in a delivery or onboarding team before
Are comfortable with repetitive precision work and take pride in getting routine tasks right every time
