Job Purpose
Lead and drive key strategic HR initiatives in SCM towards achievement of organisational goals by partnering with key business leaders and work towards building the organization capabilities.
Align business objectives at SCM and serve as a people advisor on Human Resource related issues; act as a change agent and employee champion and partner by collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve and deliver the strategic goals.
Manage employee relations & statutory compliance to eliminate business risks arising out of employee issues or non-compliance to ensure harmonious employee relations
Key Accountabilities
I. Deliver the HR support to the business to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet
 Support key HR processes across relevant business functions in collaboration with HRBPâs for supporting achievement of business objectives
II. Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
 Deliver the talent needs of the business across regions to enhance top talent utilization and retention
 Identifying and developing the right talent to ensure talent availability & development across the business
 Planning & implementing the On Boarding practices to ensure effective orientation for new joinees
Key Accountabilities
III. Manage key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.
 Implement the performance management process along with the HRBPâs as per the COE guidelines to ensure meritocracy and high performance culture in the organization.
IV. Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
 Ensuring that the HRBPâs are well supported to deal with all employee welfare cases and best practices are followed to ensure adherence to processes.
V. Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce
 Plan & implement employee engagement activities across business functions
 Communicating with the employees to create a constant Employee Connect.
Key Accountabilities
VI. Support the L&D team to identify and drive L&D interventions in the relevant areas.
 Support the L&D roadmap to enhance employee capability
 Work along with business and help them identify the possible needs for intervention
VII. Support any specific OD / change management initiatives ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all change management initiatives.
 Plan and implement change management initiatives in collaboration with the COEâs and align the business with the objectives of the initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Partner with SCM Leadership by aligning and executing with respect to people objectives to deliver effectively on the business objective
Improve overall people effectiveness of the business by implementing the right HR policies and processes in order to improve productivity and efficiency
Attract manage and develop the right Talent within the organisation by deploying the necessary tools and processes to build high performance culture
Implement the Performance management and salary review process for the employees in order to track the employee progress and facilitate the reward process
Emphasise and propagate the organisation values through various employee engagement initiatives to create an employee-oriented culture
Execute effective ER IR strategy & framework to maintain harmonious industrial relations

Education Qualification
Educational qualifications:
Degree in Organisational Psychology
Degree / Diploma in HRM / an equivalent business degree.
An MBA or a degree in Labour Relations is an advantage
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a business partner role covering all processes of HR and ability to interact with senior leadership team preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
