HR Manager

• Lead and manage the full human resources function in support of business objectives and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation employment regulations and company policies.
• Manage labour relations including disciplinary processes grievances dispute resolution and employee relations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employees organised labour and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee records.
• Drive employment equity skills development succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management on people-related matters and legislative compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices to promote operational excellence.
• Ensure accurate HR reporting record management and compliance documentation.
• Lead mentor and develop the HR team while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

• Grade 12
• Degree/Diploma in HR Management or related
• Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist within the mining industry
  
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation including the LRA BCEA EEA and Skills Development Act
• Experience preparing for attending and managing CCMA referrals conciliations arbitrations and
  related labour dispute processes
• Valid Drivers License
  

• Salary: R420K - R480K P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
