HR Data Analyst

Job Summary
As an HR Data Analyst based in Stellenbosch and reporting to the Groups International HR Director based in Belgium you will gather data from various HR systems and reports develop and maintain data models and respective dashboards for HR metrics as well as provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making about HR topics such as salary transparency gender equality etc.
Main responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources namely several HR systems platforms and reports
- Clean transform and validate data to ensure accuracy consistency and data integrity
- Analyse HR data and metrics such as turnover rates employee satisfaction absenteeism demographics etc. generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify analytics projects
- Evaluate HR systems and reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar HR role (HR background)
- Proficient in data analysis tools namely MS Excel and Power BI
- English fluent both verbal and written
- Solid communication skills able to collaborate with several stakeholders in a team environment
- Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude able to act in a fast-moving environment
