Were seeking a strategic Senior Full Stack Developer with relevant IT or Computer Sciences tertiary degree and proven expertise in Java 21 Quarkus v3 Angular v18 and AWS Cloud with strong DevOps and microservices skills

The ideal candidate has hands-on understanding of J2EE Maven RDS PostgreSQL JavaScript/Typescript Npm Ngrx Jest Rxjs and strong Git version control best practices

Demonstrable experience designing and implementing microservice based applications proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and operational support on legacy systems with SLA agreements is essential

Strong Agile and DevOps mindset with ability to work independently influence without direct command and support global Group product initiatives is critical

Lead requirement analysis development and maintenance on platform/application participating in code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices

Become the Senior Full Stack Developer guiding mission-critical applications where your technical vision will improve existing systems manage complex multi-system solutions and deliver transformational value across the GROUP IT landscape

• Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain as per the updates required by the respective feature team or teams
• JIRA/Confluence

Stakeholder Management:

• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Interaction with clients through meetings calls and emails
• Interact with consultants across broader team locally and abroad

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated and keen attention to detail or time management
• Completely independent worker that will only escalate tasks that are complex and outside of their span of control
• May need to lead individual members of a team of Entry and Advanced level experts

Role Requirements

• Operations and Support:
• Involvement and support in Deployment process
• Testing and defect resolution
• Responsible for 24/7 operations as your main focus which includes incident handling and resolution

Delivery and Configuration:

• Requirement Analysis
• Development and maintenance on platform/application
• Specify new products processes standards based on organization strategy or set short- to mid-term operational plans
• The requests are often unclear and will need substantial investigation to ensure that the specifics are well understood by all parties

Continuous Improvement:

• Improve a product or a system that already exists by making conceptual changes and enhancements
• Can manage the solution for complex problems that may require simple solutions but affect multiple systems
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices
• Documentation and Knowledge:
• Create and maintain Solution Guides
• Ensure Knowledge Transfer within team
• May need to lead individual members of a team of Entry and Advanced level experts
