An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Intermediate to Senior Flutter Developer to join one of South Africas leading financial services organisations. As part of a high-performing technology team you will contribute to the design development and maintenance of innovative mobile applications that enhance customer experiences across Android and iOS platforms.

Youll work in a collaborative Agile environment alongside Software Developers Architects Business Analysts and Product Owners to deliver scalable secure and high-quality digital solutions. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop create and modify mobile applications using the Flutter framework for Android and iOS.

• Analyse business and user requirements to design and develop software solutions that optimise operational efficiency.

• Develop existing applications and build new functionality in accordance with established development standards.

• Monitor identify and resolve software defects to maintain stable and reliable applications.

• Perform application testing and assist with diagnosing and resolving performance-related issues.

• Integrate third-party libraries APIs and services into mobile applications where required.

• Contribute to application security by implementing appropriate security measures and supporting secure development practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Contribute to application roadmaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Share knowledge within the development team and provide guidance to junior developers where appropriate.

• Stay current with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development.

• Ensure compliance with organisational standards development methodologies and governance requirements.

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.

• Relevant Degree Diploma or recognised qualification in Software Development Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years commercial software development experience including experience developing Flutter applications.

• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and the Dart programming language.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

• Experience working within Agile development environments.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Git and version control tools.

• Azure experience is advantageous.

• Angular experience would be beneficial.
