- Provide first-line IT support via phone email and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware software network and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Configure desktops laptops printers and other IT equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate support documentation and ticket updates.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Promote IT security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Experience using IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN Wi-Fi).
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
