Job Summary
A well-established and growing organisation is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its finance leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with strong post-articles experience and proven leadership ability to step into a broad and impactful role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full finance function including month-end and year-end processes
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee cash flow working capital and banking relationships
- Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and strong financial controls
- Maintain compliance with tax and statutory requirements
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Chartered Accountant (South Africa) qualification is essential
- Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Experience in a complex operational environment advantageous emailprotected
