Job Description
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative operational and strategic support to a senior executive. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities maintain absolute confidentiality and contribute to the smooth functioning of a dynamic leadership office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars schedules meetings and business commitments.
- Coordinate board packs executive presentations reports and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate internal and external communication ensuring timely responses and professional engagement.
- Oversee travel arrangements itineraries and expense administration.
- Support strategic projects monitor action plans and track key deliverables.
- Prepare meeting agendas minutes and decision registers.
- Maintain accurate records documentation and filing systems.
- Assist with budget tracking reporting and executive-level dashboards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree NQF 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting senior executives preferably at CEO or executive leadership level.
- Strong administrative project coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using digital productivity and collaboration tools.
- Strong attention to detail discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and solutions-driven approach.
