A leading organisation is recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic operational and administrative support to its Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for a highly organised proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment exercises exceptional discretion and has the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional Executive Assistant who can operate as a strategic partner enabling executive effectiveness while ensuring seamless operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the CEOs calendar ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Coordinate complex local and international travel arrangements including flights accommodation transport and event participation.
- Prepare high-quality reports presentations briefing documents and executive correspondence.
- Track key business priorities deadlines and deliverables across multiple divisions.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information records contracts and sensitive documentation with the highest level of discretion.
- Oversee expense management budgeting administration and ad hoc executive projects.
- Develop and maintain effective systems workflows trackers and administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings engagements board interactions and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Administration Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing executive-level support to a CEO.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in financial administration and budget management.
- Exceptional organisational planning and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional reports presentations and correspondence.
- Excellent understanding of executive protocol business etiquette and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to work beyond normal business hours when required.
