Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join the Cape Town team
- Safely operate excavators to excavate move and grade materials like soil rock and debris.
- Perform trenching digging backfilling and loading/unloading materials in line with site requirements.
- Monitor and adjust machine controls to ensure accurate excavation and grading.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Excavator operation certification is required (Operators license)
- 2-5 years of experience operating an excavator in a construction mining or earthmoving environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job including lifting bending and sitting for long periods.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required.
